Comments: This was the usual automated robo-call about how this is truly your final offer to refinance your student loan debt. (Yet they've been calling me literally every weekday for the past 2 weeks about my "final offer".) I pressed a number to talk to a person and got another automated system: your call is very important to us so please stay on the line and you'll be connected to the next available agent.
After about a minute, I was connected to Andrea. I asked for her company name and she said she was just a receptionist but she could transfer me to someone who could give me that information. She then asked a bunch of student-loan questions and I made up some answers to make it seem like I was interested. She finally got the name of the company and address:
National Student Help Center
26970 Maple St
I then told her that my phone number is on the Do Not Call list, not to call me, and that they were violating the Do Not Call list, and I hung up.
They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
