Comments: This was yet another automated, illegal, robo-call, but this time it went straight to voicemail. This sounded like a real person: "Hi, this is Alex calling about your federal student loan forgiveness program. I'm the enrollment director here and this is now my second attempt. I do need to hear back from you within the next 24 hours. Today is September 7th, 2017 [no it's not, it's November 13th]." Then a little rant about how the only option is to check with my servicer. He said it was important for me to call him back at: 657-205-6955.
A previous caller told me their address is:
National Student Help Center
26970 Maple St
The BBB website lists them as:
The Student Loan Help Center
2660 Cypress Ridge Blvd STE 101
Wesley Chapel, FL 33544-6324
They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
